CAGW Sends "Drug importation is dangerous and won't lower prices" to Senate HELP Committee

Letters to Officials

June 14, 2022

Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee
428 Senate Dirksen Office Building
Washington, DC 20510

Dear Senator,

On behalf of the more than one million members and supporters of Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW), I am providing you with a link to our latest op-ed, "Drug importation is dangerous and won't lower prices."

The op-ed concludes that drug importation will risk public health and do little to lower drug prices.  Instead of importing unregulated and dangerous drugs, the federal government should expedite drug approvals to help lower costs.

If you have any questions about this op-ed, please contact either Christina Smith at cherrin@cagw.org or Eric Maus at emaus@cagw.org

Sincerely,
Tom Schatz
President, CAGW
